Ingredients

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

To fill:

1 cup sugar sweets

1 pack (8 ounces) of soft cream cheese

6 tbsp. Soft salted butter

1 teaspoon. Pure vanilla extract

For glass spray:

3 cups of confectionery sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

10-11 tbsp. Milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a 15-inch-by-10-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving a small bump on each side.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until combined.

Mix in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and carrots until well combined.

Stir together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
