Directions
Preheat
the oven to 375°F and line a 15-inch-by-10-inch baking sheet with parchment
paper, leaving a small bump on each side.

a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt,
ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
In
a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until combined.
Mix
in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and carrots until well combined.

together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

the mixture until it is completely combined. Spread the mixture in an even
layer in the jelly pan. After 12 minutes, remove the cake from the pan by using
