STEP
1: Beat the powdered sugar, cardamom, and oil together for 3 minutes.

2: Add chickpea flour and beat for 1 minute more.

3: Knead the dough for 10 minutes, adding more oil if necessary (1tbs at a
time)

4: Allow it to rest for 2 hours (at room temp)

5: Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

6: Roll out the dough to 12-inch thickness on a floured surface.

7: Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with
pistachios, and bake for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them after 10

a small mixing bowl, combine almond flour and cardamom.
Incorporate
the almond/cardamom mixture into the wet mixture.
Scoop
dough with a small ice cream scoop (or your hands) and place on a baking sheet,
leaving 2-3 inches between cookies. For garnish, smear some chopped almonds and
rose petals on top of each cookie.
Bake
for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden. In an airtight
