    10-Minute Easy Workout for Sharp Eyes

    1. Palming Technique (2 minutes)

    Start by massaging your palms together until they start to warm up. Then close your eyes and gently place your warm hands over them.

    Don’t press against them. Take a deep breath and relax for 2 minutes. The warmth will help calm your eyes and ease your tension.

    2. Eye Rolling (1 minute)

    Roll your eyes clockwise for 15 seconds and then roll them back and forth for 15 more. This helps increase blood flow to your eyes and reduces tension in your eye muscles. Sit in a comfortable position and stare straight ahead.

    3. Near and Far Focus (2 minutes)

    You hold a pen or pencil in front of you at arm’s length and stare at it for 10 seconds. Then, look away from the pen and stare at a distant object across the room for 10 seconds.

    You can alternate between the near and distant objects for 2 minutes to work on strengthening your eye muscles and increasing flexibility.

    4. Blinking (1 minute)

    Blinking helps to lubricate and refresh your eyes. You can set a timer for 1 minute and blink quickly for the whole time. This helps to prevent dry eyes and keeps your eyes moist.

    5. Zooming (2 minutes)

    Keep your thumb out of your way and focus on your nose. Move your thumb towards your nose while keeping your concentration.

    Move your thumb back to arm’s length.

    6. Eye Massage (1 minute)
