On your back, bend your knees, hold your left heel, and rub vigorously. When you walk, push the heel where it meets the ground. These are your roots. You will find them under every toe, on your heel, and on your sole.

Toe-to-toe stretch with your fingers closed and your hands on your head. Lower your heels and raise your toes. Lower your arms and dip your fingers like you’re dancing. Do this a few times.
