Texas Legislators introduce a bill to examine long-term health effects, including death, from COVID-19 vaccines – KCBD

A bill directing the Texas Department of Health and Human
Services to investigate COVID-19 vaccine side effects, including fatalities,
and their effectiveness was submitted today by Texas State Senator Drew
Springer (SD30) and Representative Dustin Burrows (HD83).

“No one is aware of the COVID-19 vaccine’s long-term
health effects. Simply put, Texans have a right to information so they can
decide for themselves whether or not to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Texas will take the lead in this issue’s research because
the federal government won’t tell us, according to Representative Burrows.

“Vaccines have helped prevent the spread of deadly
diseases throughout history. I’m disappointed that the federal government has
not provided information on the COVID-19 vaccine’s potential side effects and
adverse reactions, which are a matter that needs to be taken seriously.

The passage of SB(403)/HB(1313) will guarantee that Texans
are free to choose whether or not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, according to
    Senator Springer.

The study must take into account any misrepresentations
about the effectiveness or dangers of taking the vaccine by its manufacturers
or any governmental agency, as well as any concealment of information about the
effectiveness or dangers of taking the vaccine by its manufacturers or an
    organization.

Texans have experienced both immediate and long-term adverse
reactions after receiving various COVID-19 vaccines.

The Texas Department of Health and Human Services is
required by the bill to submit a report on its findings no later than January
1, 2024, to Governor Greg Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, and House
    Speaker Dade Phelan.
